Very disappointing upkeep!!! The air conditioning units need better maintenance, and the non-smoking rooms really shouldn't smell like smoke. This place could use significant attention to cleanliness in multiple areas!!!

I had a pleasant experience with the immaculate room and refreshing pool area. The staff were genuinely caring and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, even assisting with our needs during check-in. The breakfast was a delightful start to the day with various options, but the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times, affecting our sleep quality.

Had a nice stay! The pool was a blast, I even dove to the bottom. Missed breakfast, though, since I overslept. There were tons of channels on the TV, which I loved. The bed was kinda uncomfortable, but the hidden mirror closet was a cool surprise. Definitely worth checking out again!

We appreciated the pet-friendly vibe and loved exploring nearby attractions like the local outlet shopping. Having affordable lodging was a bonus, and the room was decent for a night with our two little ones....
